With last month’s launch of the Carte Blanche collection, Farrow & Ball has raised its range of handcrafted wallpapers to new, couture-inspired heights.

Created in collaboration with fashion designer Christopher John Rogers, the three new graphic designs come in a selection of neutral and bold colourways to bring a contemporary touch to any property, all with the artisanal paint-on-paper printing method that makes Farrow & Ball wallpaper special.

THE DESIGNS
Like all Farrow & Ball wallpapers, the designs in the Carte Blanche collection are handcrafted in Dorset using the brand’s own water based paints.

Dot
Dot is a playful, graduated pattern of dots celebrating one of Christopher John Rogers’ iconic designs.

Stripe
Stripe is a fresh take on a classic, combining a wide statement stripe with contrasting narrow stripes for a simple yet effective look.

Check
Check is a bold geometric design inspired by the Bauhaus movement and the iconic work of German textile artist Anni Albers.

A FARROW & BALL FIRST
The launch of the Carte Blanche collection represents the first time in Farrow & Ball history that the brand has released new colours and wallpapers as part of the same collection. From luminous Hog Plum to muted Sardine, each of these wallpapers has been printed with a selection of the 12 Carte Blanche colours, making them the perfect addition to a painted scheme.

WAYS TO USE
The Carte Blanche wallpapers make a big impact even in small applications. If you’re feeling bold, try your chosen design on every wall of a room with a complementary colour from the collection on the skirting boards. For just a hint of pattern, try wallpapering up to the dado rail and painting the wall above, or add a colourful surprise by wallpapering inside a wardrobe.
