Safety Fabrications specialises in designing and manufacturing vertical access ladders, or 'Cat ladders'. Their access safety ladders are crafted from both mild steel and aluminium, meeting the standards of BS EN ISO 14122-4 & BS EN 4211:2005 & A1:2008, and are tailored to adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

The Ascent Fixed Access Ladder provides a straightforward solution for accessing roofs or raised flooring levels for maintenance and occasional use.

The Ascent™ Fixed Access Ladder range adheres to BS EN ISO 14122-4 standards and is manufactured in accordance with BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011. This meticulous approach results in precisely crafted ladders that are easy to specify and install.

Their objective has been to create a standardized range of "flat pack access ladders" - readily available products that address the challenges of ensuring safe access at height.

‣ The Ascent Fixed Access Ladder range offers on-site adjustment to meet specific needs while maintaining the safety and appearance of a custom-made product.

‣ Ascent Safety Ladders are customizable with options for a simple step-through at the top or a platform to clear obstructions, along with the choice of a step-down feature if required. They can accommodate your own fall protection system per EN 353-1 standards or come with stock-supplied hoops where needed.

‣ Ascent Safety Ladders can be equipped with either a bracketry fixing kit or freestanding feet, providing flexibility when floor or roof penetration is not feasible.

‣ All Ascent products undergo rigorous safety and structural calculations, comply with BS EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 standards, and bear the CE Mark for quality assurance.
